How to do reading reports

FORM FOR READING REPORTS

Below are three copies of the form for reading reports. If you need more than three, make copies. Make a separate report for each article or book. The reports should be approximately 2 pages long for each article or book. You should show that you have read the materials, understood them, reflected on them, and made your own personal application.
